Fairly often, probably. Although I feel like I'd describe my experiences differently. Stress and anxiety that I acknowledge early in the day will make it a long and unbearable one, but short hazy days are usually good ones but can trigger late-in-the day anxiety that makes the rest of the day a pain

Spent my Sunday catching up with The Rest Is Entertainment podcast. I enjoy maybe 60% of the podcast. This week I enjoyed The Salt Path story, and the AI music on Spotify stuff; really interesting. Also watched Bright Sun Films, which post really interesting random documentaries!

House of the Dragon was kinda weak for season 2. There was an interesting powder keg in the middle but otherwise it's just people standing around in a cold war waiting for the plot to happen at them
