Hell. My brother asked me to make an edit in GIMP for Kingdom Hearts as a texture for his Fight Stick. So I did that. But first I found the Memory Addresses in the new PC port of Kingdom Hearts to try and control the camera / UI for my own framing. Hide stuff I didn't want, etc. DECENT RESULTS!
Show PostMy stream back in the day was whatever I felt like. Got into playing with Memory Addresses in Cheat Engine on stream, Remote into my computer hosting 24/7 streams of communal stuff during work like Twitter Plays Pokémon to upkeep it. Having video footage of it in real time with comments is so cool.
Show PostAlso this really makes me itch to study Japanese again. I loved stuff like Let's Mosey by Tim Rogers, watched a bunch of IRL streamers in Osaka, have Kanji decks built in Anki (Got to about 1250 Kanji meanings studied at my peak, but I'm super rusty). Pronunciations I intended to learn with vocab.
Show PostBut even not knowing how to pronounce Kanji, knowing the meaning can tell you so much, and help learn pronunciations so much more. Been in a rough spot personally, and back when I was streaming, and working, and studying Japanese, and coding, and hacking was a good spot and I want to be there again
Show PostI'm curious too. My general idea is it being used as a gender-neutral respectful honorific for a person.
