I absolutely don’t blame you. Having PTI Fellows and an accessible space were such awesome ways to show up for the underrepresented people in this community, to say nothing of the disabled, which is the largest marginalized group and the only inevitable one.

@officialpax.bsky.social I really hope you do the right thing here. Some of us need your con for business opportunities, but that doesn’t mean you should treat the marginalized like we aren’t integral to your ecosystem. Our money spends just as well and our needs are just as valid.

Because PAX stopped trying. They had a single person who understood & worked to fix things. Then as Pet to Threat goes that person got pushed out because misogynoir. Now PAX has gone from leading with programs to having nothing & hiring white orgs who can't even space tables for wheelchairs.
