It still creeps, yes. Two things slow it without adding a chore: have the AI update the data-model note in the same prompt as the change, so nobody maintains it by hand. And when a small change touches more than ~3 files, ask for a cleanup of that area first, then the feature.

I briefly owned a celestial 48 for a few years (sv big moves). Pretty much dove into the deep end of boat ownership and sailing without much experience. Looking back I’m like wtf was I doing but I learned a lot and met a lot of cool people. Sailing a 48’ boat at 7 knots is quite fun
