Often farm A buys a piece of kit & then hires it to other farms in the area.
Show PostThe issue being missed is asset value does not equate to income. A single piece of equipment can cost £500k & that will be added to the asset value for tax calculation. The govt say 13% affected & the nfu say 70%. I suspect neither is correct but even if 40% are affected it could decimate production
