Oh. My. F***ING. GOD. The WSJ is blaming Krasner for the fact that Philly’s homicide rates are down “only” ~40%. Gun robbery down ~35%, car theft down ~30%. Basically EVERYTHING down. So now? It’s just not down ENOUGH. “Tough on crime” can NEVER be wrong. Never. And reform NEVER right.

the other day I told my friend that I had spent the weeks immediately after the election drinking and contemplating total war in east asia and unironically stated that it had done wonders for my sanity because now that I was back in the states I could see everyone had clearly lost their minds

Please remember something: if you had said a year ago that Trump would do even a fraction of these things, you would have been mocked, belittled, accused of “Trump derangement syndrome,” and dismissed by certain people. Identify those people and block and shun them.
