These things? Not really. Not in any manner than will make full use of the power these things require. They're too specialized. I don't know if they can even be salvaged as render farms; certainly as game or cloud storage servers they would barely use the GPU part.

This era is going to represent the biggest pile of wasted silicon in the history of the microprocessor, because all these things are doing right now is depreciating. It's possible that's all they'll ever do.

Business Insider confirms it: Amazon has warehouses of GPUs that can’t be installed, and is buying them so far in advance that a supply chain team said they “didn’t have a clear forecasted path” to installing them. www.businessinsider.com/amazon-220-b...

Business Insider also reporting that Amazon projects it would take delivery of $3 billion a month in GPUs “every month for the foreseeable future,” all while not having anywhere to put them, as part of an “early rack receipt” program. Extremely strange!
