The tragedy in Tumbler Ridge lies with governments not sufficiently funding/resourcing, education, youth & mental health services. 30+yrs ago studying ECE a prof said ”you build a house by it’s foundation, not by it’s roof” Truer words never spoken. I think of this often, it all starts in childhood.
