Reading "higher risk of addictive behaviours" as common symptoms of both coupled with the tendency for impulsive behaviour common with ADHD was maybe my biggest "ohhhh. Shit" moments. Also one of the ways getting diagnosed let me shed a lot of shame and guilt though.
