Friends, I just found my next weaving project! 🙌🖤 Did you know? On Feb 11, 2025, Scotland certified the 'Witches of Scotland' tartan — designed by Claire Campbell, as a tribute to Scotland's dark, historic witch trials. So fascinating! More details, here: www.tartanregister.gov.uk/tartanDetail...

Before you ask, yes, there's an official witch tartan. Though it's actually the "Rememberance Tartan" in honor of all those persecuted as witches in Scotland. I, personally, have a few ancestors who were hanged for having been accused of witchcraft. But I'm also that dork into witches and Scotland.

My Witch Tartan scarf arrived! It's so pretty, and much softer than I expected it to be 🖤. An officially registered tartan that commemorates women burned as witches. This was a Kickstarter project, and I believe this fabric will be available to purchase by the meter some time in the future. 🧶🧵🔥
