Just pick 20 ambitious people, give them a salary, a space, subscriptions to both Fable and Astra for 2 years, and make them have free lunch together and present to each other round-robin every Tuesday and Thursday at 4 pm. Report some progress once a year. That's it. Oh what a dream!!
