Wednesday’s sunset: golden clouds. Health news: x-rays show degenerative disease (arthritis) in the base of my spine that had a herniated disk circa 1992. Very bad night of pain last night. Next step will probably be an MRI. Still trying to navigate light exercise without damaging myself further.
