I'm not kidding, the guy simply has to be at the very least deported at the end of this. If we're doing "he's not from here" shit, he is the most not from here guy alive. He needs jail or deportation the second it's viable to do it.

This kind of collaboration is NOT the same thing. E.g.'s: NIH-funded science is basic research and spins out licensable product to pharmaceutical co's; the DOD Breast Cancer Research Fund produced a marketable Her2 vaccine. Not At All comparable to Trump extorting stock at gunpoint.
