You can be proud of your body without degrading people who don't look like you. Being fit doesn't make you superior, being fat doesn't make someone lazy, and nobody owes you a body that meets your personal standards. The vanity is loud, but the lack of empathy is louder.

Being an athlete is cool. Making it your entire personality and using it as an excuse to body-shame people is not. Your body is your business. Calling people bums for sitting behind a computer while you spend your own time posting online about how superior you are is certainly a choice.
