damn it just hit me that the reason why psychologists/psychiatrists don’t like putting personality disorders on medical records is because the stigma surrounding the disorder(s) and how you’ll get turned down for having a PD in most clinics n insurances co’s. so they are basically doing u a favor

The idea to stay in control is to no longer buy ultra processed foods that tempt me and only buying enough food every 7 days and focus on healthy foods. 1 0mad a day + 1 or 2 small snacks. I can do this. I will not lose control any more. I want to be th1n and confident in my body. 🌟🪽🖤✨️
