There may also be ways to find people who can reflect your experiences back, but developing the trust, especially if you (like me) have had repeated harmful experiences with mental health professionals purporting to help. I empathise so deeply with "I'm dying here. I don't know how to do it."

I don't know if it is possible to do it all yourself, but I do believe it is possible to do some yourself. Writing, collaging, painting, reading books that relate, whatever makes sense to you... It's hard to be so alone with your experiences...

Genuine question. How am I supposed to live when there is noone there to reflect back your good, your hurt, your experiences. Is it possible to do all of it yourself? I'm dying here. I don't know how to do it
