i was once happy with the status quo, with every day being the same, and being high 24/7. what a life, right? i was just masking my problems, and also keeping myself from affecting any real change. i could have cut down but i am a person of extremes and can't do that. all or nothing

just about 48 hours without smoking or gummies and it feels alright. i think i was using weed as a crutch so i wouldn't have to deal with my feelings or my life. after discussing it in therapy, i realized i have to face these things sober or they won't change
