I have sooo many silly songs I’ve made for my kids. They’re automatic for me to make up on the spot and remember. The fact this is happening is bonkers to me.

I loved it for the brilliance of the making of it and for the acting. IMO the message ultimately is depressing and even nihilistic, but unfortunately I think they’re probably right. (Trying to be vague so as to not spoil it.)

My 2 big questions are: 1) am I secure in how they feel about me? (Is that feeling consistently and clearly communicated to me?) 2) do I feel like I’m suppressing or self-censoring myself when I’m around them? (Am I masking or biting my tongue or compromising myself about things that matter to me?)
