Supercell thunderstorm rotation about 10-20 minutes before it produced a tornado west of Glencoe, ON earlier today. Rain and some large hail wrapping around the back near end of video. Shown at 2x speed to achieve the level of impressiveness I experienced in real time (IMHO). #ONstorm

If you haven't sent yours yet, please consider it. ECCC's new alert colours are nice. But for severe weather warnings, radar is foundational.
Show PostThis was interesting as well...the underside of the updraft of the Mitchell storm had a number of these areas of rotation (anti-cyclonic here). But no prominent cyclonic rotation. Normal speed, BTW. #ONstorm
