i have a whole childhood and adolescence of trauma to recover from and idk if one ever fully recovers anyway, but I’m proud of how well I’m doing considering (cw: suicide) I wanted to kill myself not that long ago. shout out to my friends, my psychiatrist, antidepressants and my therapist 💜
