So there's definitely something down here with me now. I've got no way to ID what it is, but it's strong enough to get through the vents in a reinforced containment bunker. Shouldn't be too much of a threat, but I can't be sure. Gonna try and get a look. Carefully.

So, due to my cognitive filter, I can't really see anything outside of the room they're keeping me in without clearance, but I can use my phone to kinda cheat it. I've set it up, and... Well, I think it's some kind of Greater Swarmer. Probably a mantid. I'm gonna jump it.

Okay! Interloper down. Definitely a mantid swarmer, which would explain the power cut. I managed to find the vent it knocked out, and even left one of its blades intact. Still no contact from the team, but it should be fine. Hopefully.
