Started tracing the tracks in Inkscape - I've isolated the data lines (blue, purple) and colour coded them depending on whether they route through to the keypad, display, or both. Started on the power circuitry now. Dotted lines are connecting wires on top of PCB - this is a single layer.

I've always been a fan of amusing loading screen notes "Reticulating splines" etc, and I always take it as a good sign when I see comedy loading notes in games decades after it started, it says "Yeah, these devs have my kind of nostalgia, this should be a nice time."
