Me again Abi ..... you were right .... #literallytheworst .... Completed dose 2 some 30 mins ago. Ugh ... the "flavours". This was worse than last time -different brand. I had to sip water after it. I hope I can get ready in time to get to the appointment. Take care ..... Phil.

I always practice “Guerrilla Teaching” . Ask me for advice and I’ll teach at you on something that catches my ADHD magpie eye. Also - I was catching up on my paper BMJs , and found the article you penned in Careers Clinic - which really spoke to me from my experience as a patient last year .
