Rereading... turns out this happened in August of 2025. But they only noticed it a year later in August of this year, and are now informing me in October. Cool cool.

Fun letter from my health insurance co that "an associate" at the company emailed basically all my health information "by mistake" to another customer of the same health insurance company. They note this customer "should not have" been given all my medical info (duh) and they're very sorry.
