today i had a good clean around the house before sitting for a while with my coffee :) after cleaning i felt a lot of pain in my eyes so allowed myself to rest when i needed and made sure not to overdo myself to make the pain worse :) that "rest" soon turned to a lovely nap :) <3 13/05
