The thing about "someone used AI to clone my game idea" is that it's a phenomenon that happened before AI was even a thing (see: donut county, threes). It's not a new risk because of AI, and given how indie dev is I don't think it's fair to entirely to blame for one's game failing.
Show PostLRT is so real, and in addition it feels unserious seeing people say "AI is actually useless and cannot make good games" and "AI made a game so good it single-handedly obliterated my game's chances of success" and like, which one is it because it's unserious to claim both are true.
