Multi-seeded sourdough using a Tartine levain after 5.5hrs in proofer @ 26°C. 15% scalded home milled black wheat, 5% scalded home milled cracked rye, sage, 80% very strong white Canadian flour and 70g mixed seeds.

If you like bananas and coconut, this is for you - banana and coconut cookies. 2 bananas and 1 cup of desiccated coconut, mash bananas, mix with the coconut, put a tablespoon of the mix on a lined baking tray for each cookie, bake for 12-15mins @180°C. Dead easy! #baking #cookies
