Another excellent point. Technically, Twitter has a minimum age requirement, but I do know some underage people are on there.

Exactly - people have a right to know what data she has and how it's used and stored. But instead of being transparent she's creating more obstacles. Surprised she hasn't blocked me yet, tbh.

And you're still missing the point that the rights of the data subject takes precedence over the data gatherer. Believe me, data protection is much more tightly controlled under GDPR countries than in the US, the legal penalties for mishandling data are severe.
