I managed one shot of the cotton candy cumulonimbus before darker, low-level clouds slid into the top of the frame. It was a gorgeous, surreal moment to see rain still falling over the east side of downtown, while fluffy pink clouds and blue sky belied the strength of the storm still in progress

One of my recent #Blender tests was for this watercolour style render using #Minecraft pixel art style models. it was a lot of fun refining the process, and adding in a bunch of small procedurally generated imperfections to sell the effect.
