Many countries ban nicotine vapes, others allow legal vapes but so restricted tantamount to prohibition eg Australia. Result? Demand still strong, supply shifts from legal to illegal. Epic failure of policy @algore09algor.bsky.social @igas2.bsky.social @ianamossyd.bsky.social @jmenezes.bsky.social
