In bittersweet news, this will be my last year at KCL - next summer, I will be taking up the Merilees Chair for the Study of Democracy at UBC. I will miss DPE, which has been an incredible intellectual community, and I hope to keep strong ties to London. politics.ubc.ca/news/steven-...
