Well a hood could very easily fall under the the definition of suffocation as it could be considered “covering someone’s mouth and nose”. The issue is the definitions “will be a question of fact for the court in each case” so we won’t really know until someone gets prosecuted

Spent a good chunk of this afternoon deleting BC content from social media and my own devices as in a few weeks time it could land me in prison for upto two years. Technically I don't need to delete my local copies as I'm in them, but the law is so vague that I don't wan to chance it.
