Well, I'm sorry to hear that, and I'm not trying to argue about your specific case, which I know nothing about. I think Sky is dead-on about vibes-based truth on this website and in politics more generally. I will take your word for it that they chose a bad set of posts to demonstrate it.

Also for the fucking dozenth time it was not a clerical error, the hospital made us provide documentation showing that we did not have assets to satisfy the $500,000 bill and only after that did they write it off. Sky only seems interested in what they thought was an easy dunk for social media clout

Are you being dogpiled? I think your story sounds stressful and frustrating; I deal with medical bureaucracy a lot and it is awful. I also think Sky is right that suggesting a NICU bill left you 500k in debt is at least misleading, and can see why they're frustrated at that sort of thing.
