Got my first volunteer request for my first run director stint on Sunday. Made me happy. Off to Ben's Yard parkrun Saturday to try our the new surface. Potentially one for an icy day.

Show Post🏃♂️ 58 🌎 Littlehampton Prom parkrun 👕 Santos Laguna ⏰️ 27:06 (NEW PB) Absolutely flattened my previous best by 26 seconds. I can't believe it, clung on to a couple of quicker runners near the end and held on. What an incredible feeling. Thanks to all the volunteers.
