I get the point, but we really should not adopt the use of AI so freely. It's an awful weapon in the hands of the powerful, and us adopting it so willingly eases their effort to force it upon us.

Don't get too comfortable, too quickly. Trump is a really obnoxious symptom, but not the underlying problem. His leaving (however that occurs) won't solve things.
