Looking forward to this, given the retrograde changes for healthcare facilities coming in the 2027 IBC. This tornado destroyed a hospital with wings built between 1965 and 1990, killing 14 people, including several due to loss of emergency power. Tornado design is ONLY required for Risk Cat IV.
