This past year and a half I went down a horrible depression spiral. I gave up on myself, and suffered for it. Gained a lot of weight as a result. Past few months I've been working to turn that around, with a big push the last few weeks. Today I'm officially down 30 pounds and still going strong! 💪
Show PostFinally caught back up with The Amazing Digital Circus. Gotta admit it was a horrible mistake - because now I'm only hungry for more.
Show PostAs of today, for the first time in over 7 years, I am under 200lbs. I started the year at 250. I've been eating better, going to the gym regularly, and putting my physical and mental well-being first. Still have a ways to go, but it's in reach. Depression may be a bitch, but I'm making it MY bitch.💪
