The Democrats have flipped the Jacksonville City Council At-Large Seat 1! Mone Holder (D)- 51.1% Deborah Wesley (R)- 44.8% Addison Patrick (Libertarian- 4.1% This covers the entire city of Jacksonville (which was dead even on the Presidential level in 2024)
