48 years old. Did OK in the city. House, car, place abroad etc. Outwardly perfect life. Truly miserable 90% of the time. Only ever happy when I'm sat on the sofa, just me and the dog - sharing cheesestrings and watching TOTP2 on YouTube.

I've got a few minutes left of being 40, Getting older is a gift granted to the lucky, And I fear not growing older, But, I don't celebrate because... trauma stuff, I am so happy for me and all the new friendships I've made this year, and just generally rowing forward Me & Me, We got this.
