I've wavered on this in the past, and while yeah, I have my own lines that will not be crossed, the reality is consenting adults doing nigh anything together, without direct, demonstrable impact on others, should not be a crime. There's no hate there. Just people figuring themselves out.

You don't have to love it yourself. It's fine to have your own boundaries. But there's gotta be a line on what is and isn't an actual harm, and that line is probably well past adults consensually exploring their sexuality with one another, uncomfortable as it may be for some.
