If they want to do this again in the future they should do it with characters that are both generally liked. I love this series and I respect Viv and the other people working on the show. I’m just saying that there are ways to mess with its fanbase without coming off as frustrating.

I think it depends on how they do it. The problem was that they were purposely misleading the fandom to question whether or not it was Verosika, only to reveal it was Chaz. Since Chaz was a character that was meant to be disliked I think it’s fair that people got miffed.

Nah Viv usually I'm in your corner but this came from bad PR/marketing. When there's only 1 important succubus character putting a succubus in the most eye-catching part is obviously gonna make people think Verosika. It should have been Chaz's tail coming out so people know what to expect
