The horror has come to our city: ICE has shot a person in Austin this morning. As the facts emerge, I am demanding a full, independent investigation, immediate release of the body camera footage, and accountability for any ICE officer who broke the law.
Show PostYou are welcome. I am the bearer of bad news this year.
Show PostA quick Google search can confirm it. In the state of Kansas alone they are looking at at 44% reduction. This is a projection that was brought up by the USDA in an interview that conducted on Friday. We won’t know the actual number until the end of the wheat harvest. Again a projection.
Show PostUhm yeah. There is less acreage being planted this year. At this point just google what the USDA projections. Some people are quoting 22% and there depends on the type of wheat. The 44% is indicative to Kansas and that is hard red winter wheat. There are at least 5 different types.
Show PostThe final wheat harvest in Kansas has wrapped up. The projection was a 44% reduction for 2026 and it was accurate.
