I’d love to know what her thoughts are on me working as a trans woman in an NHS acute hospital - do I ban myself from going to work 😅 I guess she’s happy the patients on my ward not having mobility assessments/rehab, or help with their care needs, mobility equipment, and help with returning home 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Like I think in most places that’s going to be mixed-sex and slightly chaotic because it’s still a generalist ward where they are figuring out what’s happening and people are being moved in and on all the time.

This is specifically the emergency ward— I don’t think she necessarily means A&E, but like, where you spend your first 12-24ish hours after being admitted in an acute state before they figure out what ward you should be on and admit you there.
