New lab paper in @natcomms.nature.com!!! With many replicates in long-read RNA-seq, do you pool reads before calling transcripts (Join & Call) or call per sample and merge (Call & Join)? We tested both with 6 tools, PacBio & ONT. It depends on the tool! doi.org/10.1038/s414...
