It is rational to disapprove of the bus driver who is speeding and weaving drunkenly on mountain roads, even if he hasn’t plummeted into a ravine yet. On the other hand, I’d answer a poll that I disapprove of his handling of the economy because I fucking loathe the guy, regardless of the stats.
