Stumbled across a promising mystery indie game only to immediately realize it was completely riddled with ai art and writing. Imagine using ai write your mystery! What's the point? A shame, a real shame.

Not that there never any overlap with this kind of stuff and I DO think the tension is worth exploring, if just in my own brain. And this is less about pleasing an audience but knowing what kind of story I want to tell.

Having complicated thoughts about a story where it's very indulgent about certain kinks but also the themes of the story go AGAINST the kinks. It just feels like there would be two different type of people reading the story and the current theoretical version of it would disappoint them both.
