3/5. I don't LOVE this one like 1&2 but it was still a fun watch. Great setting, plenty of scares, good music & practical effects, interesting story, fantastic cast. This one would make a good triple-bill with "The Lift" & "Demons 2" for maximum apartment action. Recommended if you like the series!
