#oversixtiesrunner #runchat #running #run Ran #Sheffield #Tententen 10km race this morning tough run trails were slippery & the big hill tortuous. I stumbled a couple of times, back ache from about 5km. I forgot how much I dislike this one! Official time 58:27 I came 2nd in male over 70 category 😎

Several good mornings given & received. Nearly tripped up by a loose dog 😡 first run in new Adidas shoes

My 7th 10km of October includes my 16th park run of 2026. At my local #Parkrun #hillsborough always brilliant organised thanks to all marshals and volunteers

I’m a “first thing in the morning” workout person, so I was proud to have dragged myself to the bike at 2pm to avoid turning 2 off days into 3. I really need to figure out a fitness strategy for the days I stay over my sisters’ to help with caretaking. Missing more than 1 day a week is frustrating.
