I know part of it is the PG rating system for films, but there's this notion that Jedi-like calm is the premier way to persevere. I'm much more at home with someone who's frothing at the mouth with indignant rage at the injustice around them.

Deadpool is a weird character to point to for this but... Most of the people I know who are making space for others, who are fighting tooth and nail, say fuck a lot.
