ME/LongCovid means sometimes even if you’ve been doing everything “right” and taking all your meds, your body goes batshit anyways and smacks you with a symptom you haven’t had in weeks so you find yourself lying in bed like a lump and saying no, sorry kids, you can’t go outside and play w/friends

I stood in front of a stove working on a little diy makeup project for 45 minutes yesterday, which should’ve been mostly within my capacity with long covid, and not only can I not get out of bed today, I nearly went to the ER at 4 am.
